The TDSB is considering some boundary changes to help alleviate pressure on some of our local schools as well as introducing new programs at our community schools. You can email your comments or suggestions to Trustee Stiles at marit.stiles@tdsb.on.ca Davenport/Regal Heights Planning Week meetings: Monday April 16 – 6:00 PM Ward Boundary Review Meeting This meeting will seek input on proposed boundary changes aimed at reducing pressure on Regal Road Jr PS and Perth Ave Jr PS. The discussion affects these schools, as well as the following: Carleton Village, Rawlinson, Winona and Brock. Tuesday April 17 – 6:30 PM French Immersion & Extended French Pathways This meeting will provide information about a plan to introduce French Immersion at Oakwood Collegiate Institute, starting with the 2020-2021 school year, and to expand the schools directed to Oakwood CI for Extended French. This will affect students attending the following schools (in the French immersion or extended French programs): Rawlinson, Winona, Carleton Village… and their Junior feeder schools (eg Regal Road) Thursday April 19 – 6:30 PM Ward Forum Discussion of TDSB Multi-Year Plan Provide your input into the TDSB’s vision, goals and planning for the next few years. Review the draft Multi-Year Plan at this joint meeting with our neighbours in TDSB Ward 11. See you there!
